About

I founded Integration Coaching after a career spanning law, business, entrepreneurship, and academia. After graduating from

George Washington University with an MBA and law degree, I worked as an attorney for many years before expanding into

business consulting (leadership, DEI, strategy). Along the way, I founded and ran my own startup venture for nearly a decade,

facilitating workshops for SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity), and teaching classes at American University.

Business Coaching
My business coaching work focuses on developing leadership presence, building strong and diverse teams, and designing systems

and strategies to foster peak performance. I also host semi-annual corporate and personal retreats with my West Coast partner.

Personal Coaching
My personal coaching work helps others realize the potential that comes from integrating all elements of their lives. So many of us

focus our energies on one aspect of our being while neglecting those other elements that can make us feel whole. When we begin

to integrate the emotional, spiritual, and creative parts of ourselves into our day-to-day lives, the results are transformational.
